Prosecution Pending of Pinellas Prisoner for Possibly Purchasing Personal Products for Peers with Purloined Proceeds
Robert Bryan Kinzinger was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on December 7 for allegedly stealing the identities of over a dozen people in order to purchase Internet and cable service. While awaiting trial on those charges, detectives say he and his girlfriend conspired to use credit card numbers he had on his personal computer to buy inmate care packages from an Internet service for delivery to the jail.
Detectives allege that the duo placed four orders for a total of $365 before the alleged fraud was uncovered.
Upon being questioned by the authorities, Kinzinger’s girlfriend Theresa Farr allegedly admitted to the conspiracy, evidently implicating Kinzinger in the process.
Kinzinger is currently on probation for a 2012 burglary conviction. He was convicted of allegedly partnering with an accomplice to burgle the offices of a Clearwater dentist and steal electronics, an x-ray machine, and New York Yankees memorabilia.
Still in the Pinellas County Jail, Kinzinger is being held on charges of dealing in stolen property, fraudulently using personally-identifying information, burglary, conspiracy, and criminal use of personal identification.
Farr, of Largo, was booked into the same jail last Tuesday afternoon on a charge of fraudulently using personally-identifying information. She posted a $2,000 bond and was released later that evening.
