Peter was my cousin. Despite harsh words between us, I did not wish for him to end up being murdered. He suffered a lot in his life but I will always remember the happy hockey playing kid he was before death touched our family and forever changed things. Rest in peace now Petey and give our regards to Uncle Pete, Franny, Beansie, Annie and my dad.

Thanks for your comment, David. The quoted language is taken directly from Florida’s murder statute. And we’re usually grammar sticklers, so we double-checked the legislature on this one after reading your comment. Looks like they’re okay in this instance.

Webster’s Dictionary says:

The proper word to use in this instance, is AFFECT, not EFFECT…. AFFECT is to cause change, EFFECT is the change caused… Get it?

No.1 Stephanines lawyer should be ashamed of himself.Armstrong Brent is his name.Armstrong did absolutely nothing to help Ms. Fields. Why, pure and simple, she had no MONEY to pay him. No.2 why is it, just to present your case to a jury, if you lose, the penalty is greater. Stephanine had three charges one was dropped during trial. She may have been guilty of the two, but stealing mail out of a mail receptical, that charge was dropped. Its a shame she had to go to trial and risk more of her freedom to prove that.

He was also arrested in 98 for uttering, grand theft and a third charge. He is always arrested in his firefighter shirt which is frightening. Imagine that coming to your home to rescue you. Scary.
