Dawn M. Hart

Ms. Hart is the law clerk at the Law Offices of Bjorn E. Brunvand, P.A. Upon her admittance to the Florida Bar Ms. Hart will be concentrating her legal practice in the areas of federal and state criminal defense and appellate practice.

Ms. Hart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2006. While attending UNCW, Dawn was a member of the Pre-Law Organization and acted as its Vice President and Treasurer during her last year. Upon graduating from UNCW, Dawn then moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she worked in the legal field for two years. She, thereafter, earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2011. During her time at Stetson, Dawn was a member and the clerk of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta. Dawn also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable James V. Pierce, Sixth Judicial Circuit Court Judge. After graduation, Dawn joined Bjorn E. Brunvand, P.A. in 2011.

Ms. Hart passed the July 2011 Florida Bar Exam and anticipates admittance to the Florida Bar soon. Dawn assists in researching various legal issues, drafting legal documents, and trial preparation for the firm’s federal and state cases.
