TAMPA – The family was accused of fraud after collecting $5.2 million but failing to supply chemical warfare shelters.

Three members of the Varrato family, who operated a military supply business called Mil-Spec Manufacturing Co., are expected to plead guilty to reduced charges Thursday morning in Tampa’s federal court. (more…)
